Had To Stop Taekwondo What Else Can I Do Right Now

Hi everyone! I'm still baffeled by that woman doing crunches in her 6th month....anyways. I was (am) really fit going into this pregnancy and I'm 19 weeks along. I was in Taekwondo which I loved and it kept me in awesome shape...but since I'm pregnant I quit the class because I did not want anyone kicking me in the stomach and causing harm to my little baby girl. I eat really well and have only put on about 6 pounds I think; it's all in my stomach and my br___ts, I have not gotten bigger anywhere else. I'm in South Korea and I can't join any yoga, prenatal classes or anything because there are none in this little city I am in. Do you have any ideas on some good at home exercises I can do to keep myself in shape? Thanks!!!

Any workout tape or dvd designed for pregnancy. I love mine - Yoga Mama by Crunch - and had never done yoga before. I do it faithfully 3 times per week, and kegels every night. Go online and start looking!
