Hi, I just found out that i'm pregnant. The day before i found out, i worked out. During my work out i lift weights, i do squats and lifted 145 lbs. Normally it's not a hassle however I'm extremely concerned in regards to the pregnancy. I also did lots of ab work, that included weights. I would appreciate some feedback. thanks...
