Saggy Stomach

I have a 7 month old baby who I love dearly. I had no problem shifting the baby wieght when she was born but my stomach now has a layer of saggy skin on it. Does anyone know what I could do to get rid of it, or will I be stuck with it forever. It is really getting me down!

It may go back with lots of working out and proper diet; but it also may not. It all depends on your skins natural elasticity. I don't blame you, it would get me down too...

Hey ladies. I hate to be a ray of darkness, but My son is 4 now it that saggy tummy has never really gone away. I tend to have about 14% body fat, and I'm 5 feet 8 inches tall. I weigh about 135 or so. No matter how fit the rest of me is the tummy still looks squishy. You may want to get comfortable with it! I just decided after a while that I earned it by doing all that hard baby-growing work! Good luck to you all!

Frances, out of curiosity, did you have a c section?

Thanks guys for taking the time to reply, it means alot!! Well, i had been trying sit ups which didn't seem to work at all as my stomach muscles were getting really hard but the skin on top remained the same. Anyway, to cut a long story short, I bought a 'yogalates' dvd which is a combination of yoga and pilates and I started to do that 3 times a week and I really did start to see a difference ...... but then fell pregnant again!!! Well, at least I have the dvd ready for after the birth of my second! Seriously though, I would definately give it a go as i did start to see results!
