what are the excercises i can do in the prenatal period

Hi Alejandro Im a personal trainer from CA. Im also currently prego, 14 wks. Well if you were active before then you can maintain your regular workout, just avoid crunches or anything w stomach while prego. If you weren't very active it is always good to pick up walking. Just dont over strain yourself whatever you do. Im currently training a 17 wk preg and we do the treadmill and light weights. You can also walk on an incline to intensify the workout. Just dont ever over do it when prego!

go to www.babyfit.com, they have a whole section on exercises for pregnany ladies. They also so little videos of a pregnant lady doing them so that you can see how to do it.
