Am I Having A Miscarriage Opinions

On Feb 20th late at night I felt "wet' down there and looked and saw pink blood. It stopped shortly after that gush and turned into brown spotting until the night of the 22nd (today). Now again I had spotting all day and it now turned back into the pink blood with an occasional small clot. I have no cramping. I had a miscarriage before and had SEVERE bleeding and cramping. So I know what a miscarriage can be like. Should I be worried even though its not heavy and have no cramps? Any advice would be nice thanks :(

Have you called your doctor? Mine always told me to call even if it is just a bit of brown spotting. Definitely get it checked out. Good luck!

I have to second Stef there. It's time to call. I'd be camping at the door demanding and ultrasound so I could see for myself what was happening. No cramps sounds good, but you need to KNOW. Also ask them to test your progesterone.

bleeding or spotting during a pregnancy, regardless of cramps, should be taken seriously and checked out. i would triple agree with stef and sleepy. call you doctor. i don't want to be a downer but i never had cramps when i first started miscarrying both times. cramps came later. good luck ellla

When I had my missed m/s I woke up to soaked panties and as I was cleaning them while sitting in the bathtub I noticed i was spotting bown blood. After going to the hospital I was informed that the baby had no HB and a m/c was almost inevitable. It was the 2nd day I bleed heavier and started to pa__s clots, the dr at the hospital told me clots are the worst sign there is. I would mention it to your dr right away, also i didnt have cramps until day 2 of the m/c.
