Hi, I am 6 weeks pregnant, and I have some red spotting with a little tissue. I had a miscarriage 2 months ago, and had to have a D and C. Now, I am not sure what is going on. The tissue look s more like a scab. So maybe it was form the last miscarriage? Has anyone ever had something like this happen to them, or do you think this is a natural miscarriage? Please help. I am going to wait and see if I bleed more before calling the dr.

Well I would try calling your doctor today. I am currently going through a natural miscarriage and I am having tissue that looks like leeches, it's tissue attached to some clotty blood, just natural uterine lining tissue. However I am concerned about your spotting and tissue, anytime you bleed during pregnancy you always want to talk with your doctor. My m/c started out with cramping, then bleeding... but everyone is different. I would talk to your doctor and schedule an appointment, just to see if anything is wrong and what's to be done if there is. Hang in there though, I realize it must be scary to think that you may be having another m/c, talk with your doctor so you can get a little closure and let your mind relax once you know whats going on.

Hi Hailey, I am sorry for your loss. It is a horrible experience. Thank you for sharing with me. I called my OBGY office and they said if the spotting stops to call them this week for an early ultrasound if it gets worse with cramping to go to emergency. They say I am still very early. IF you don't mind me asking, what color is the tissue. Mine look ed more like scab form a sore with a spot fred in it...weird.

it basically just looks like a long clot with tissue on it, so kind of purply red. when you put it in a cup of water to rinse it off you should be able to see that there is tissue attached to it. my doctor once had me bring in the tissue to his office so he could look at it ot be sure of what it was.
