ANTI D INJECTION AFTER A M C

I am in the process of having a miscarriage, I am Rhesus A Negative blood and know that the baby would have been postive (as I have a 10mth son who is + and my husband is too) - Within 72 hours of my son being born last year I had to have an Anti D injection to stop my blood from producing antibodies, and I'm aware that I have to have one if you miscarry BUT WHEN? Is it too late???????? I started bleeding well over a week ago (with no signs of stopping) and I'm concerned. Please help!
