It will go down when your period arrives. Mine usually starts to go down the day before my period. Not sure if that answer helps you. How many days post ovulation are you?

I am 8-9 days post ovulation and it is still elevated. I am just hoping that I am pregnant. My Pogesterone level was 9.1 when I was about 4-5 days post ovulation

Hi Julie: 9.1 sounds promising! I hope you are pregnant too. While most times I've heard women say (and in my case usually) that temps will fall when your period arrives, it doesn't always. This month, they kind of lingered throughout my period and then started to fall towards the end. If they continue to stay high and don't fall even after your period, I would take a pregnancy test. It has been known to happen that a woman believes she just had a period, but temps stayed high and it turned out she was pregnant! Hang in there, I know this tww is so hard...xxoo
