And if so, how do I lessen the stress in my life?

I would say u let your husband do everything...and u relax at home until due day. Also winning the jackpot help a lot!

Yeah...it would help if I had a husband. That is part of where the stress is coming from...fighting with the father who no longer wants to a__sume responsibility. When we fight I can feel my blood boil and I try so hard to control it but I get so mad. I have even tried staying away from him but I am still stressed and angry about it. I just wanted to know if there is proof/cases out there where stress can cause my baby to die.

I haven't read any proof on stress causing miscarriage. All the books I've read say it WILL NOT cause a miscarriage. Stress is not fully understood, and neither are its effects on the body though, and although I don't think it would cause a miscarriage, it is not good for you either emotionally or physically. Women have gone through worse and carried babies normally. If anything, I would suggest finding ways to vent your stress, like journaling or throwing stuff (hopefully unbreakable and not at the father!) , basically anything that lets you get it out of your system. I don't know if any of this helps, but I wish you luck!

This is what I was told. Stress is certainly not good for the pregnancy, it will not make you loose a strong healthy pregnancy. If your pregnancy is not a strong one, the stress hormone can negitively impact a struggling pregnacy. I try taking an hour a day just for myself. Whether it be reading a book or taking a long bath, I make sure I have decompress time each day.
