Charting Temps Questions

this is my first month to chart my temps and i have a couple of questions for you charting experts! i had a positive opk on saturday and sunday when my temps were at their lowest, then they slowly went up for 2 days, then back down again today. do you think i ovulated? isnt it supposed to raise quickly for at least 3 days to show ovulation? i had very little cm this cycle, as well. i am on day 18. i guess i'm just wondering if i have ovulated or not. i have never missed O before, but i had a m/c in feb. so things may be a little off. also, i tend to snooze a lot in the morning before taking my temp, does anyone know if this would affect them? sorry for the questions, charting is very confusing so far but interesting, as well! thanks

Hi Madison. Are you charting on Fertility Friend? I've found that site to be really helpful. Are you taking your temps at the same time every day? You definitely should, because even 15 minutes can mean a change in temperature. If you got a +opk on Saturday and Sunday, you probably ovulated Sunday or Monday. If you got only 1 low temp, and your temps continue to stay higher, then you've probably ovulated and the low temp was probably just a random ocurrence. My ob did recommend continuing to bd 3-4 days after you think you are ovulating so you don't miss the window. Good luck... I hope you get a bfp this month!
