theres no really wrong or right thing to do. you just have to let it out. cry, scream, do whatever helps. i cried for about 2 hours and realized that it happened for a reason. its your bodys way of saying hey somethings wrong.

Its been a month since my miscarriage and I still get teary eyed if I allow myself to think about it too long. It was my first m/c and I was devastated! My DH just couldn't understand why I was so upset. But he only knew about the preg for a few days, and didn't have a chance to get attached like a mom does. Just let it out. Do whatever makes you feel better. A loss is a loss... no matter what point in your pg you were.

dear ntantala,i dont know that many words to say how you should cope with the loss,i too lost my baby at 3mths,it was the most tramitic experience i ever went through,i hated everyone around me,i was angry at my body for letting me down, but its not our fault,my family and friends were my towers of strength for me,talk openly about it,how you truly feel and dont let anyone tell you different, you have a right to mourn,i still am,but hopefully one day my miracle will happen,im 36 now,so sometimes my hope will fade, but i pray to god that he will bless me with a beautiful baby very soon, god bless you through this time,my prayers are with you.
