Could Some Heavy Lifting Cause M C

I m.c few months back..stop at week 14th (no h.b). Sometime I carry heavy groceries (in bags) to car..approx 10-15mins..Have anyone lift heavy items often in 1st Trimester and went on to a sucessful pregnancy? Thanks!
