Love My Hubby - January 29

My husband and I started trying for a baby this month. A week before my period was due, I started with light brown/red bleeding with mucus. The first day I wore a mini pad, the next day it was totally red and I wore a thick pad. It lasted 3 days and I had very slight cramping the first day. It was never has heavy as my regular period. Now I'm 3 days late with my period and I'm wondering if I miscarried or could still be pregnant? Pregnancy tests show negative, but I feel tired, pee often and I felt crampy the day my period was due. Because I would have been barely pregnant, is it possible I lost the baby with only slight cramps and lighter bleeding? I should also add, I was excercising the night before I started bleeding. Maybe that brought on a miscarriage? Sorry for all the questions. I just want to know what's going on!

If you miscarried, the bleeding would have been atleast like a regular period...Bleeding and cramping cannot be lesser than the normal period...so, don't worry...Since you had a light period, it is possible you are pregnant..May be you should test again in a couple days. It is possible it is only an irregular period..

Exercising won't cause a miscarriage. It's possible you could have just started your perioid early, or maybe implantation bleeding. Every woman is different. Test in a few days, and if you get a negative, test every few days until your perioid comes. if it doesn't, then see your doctor...
