If your pregnancy was ectopic, you wil either need surgery or a prescription drug to completely remove the baby from your body. Talk to your doctor!!

This happened to me... I was given methotrexate to get my HCG levels down to zero. I got pregnant a few months later and it was in the uterus, but I miscarried at 10 weeks. I've been pregnant 5x, three mc, one live birth, and just that one ectopic.

Glad to know I am not the only one Erin! I am preg with #6. 1 birth, last preg was ectopic 4 years ago. My tube burst and had to have surgery to have it removed. It took 4ever to get preg again. So far, so good. The doc couldn't pin point what caused the ectopic, but I was smoking at the time and after doing some research on my own, I discovered it's a little known fact that smoking increases the chance of having and ectopic. Melanie, just because you had one, does not mean you will have another. As soon as you are preg again, get it checked out when you are about 6-7 weeks to make sure everything is forming where it should. Good luck all!
