h__lo,
I dont know where to begin...I had some bleeding on 31/12/05 and subsequently had a miscarriage 3 days later. The ultrasound said that the baby was around 4 weeks. i wasnt told what would happen to me-just given a leaflet and sent home.
I suffered for hours with what I can only describe as contractions and bled a h__l of a lot. I also passed a large mass about the size and firmness of a
plum which had membranes attatched to it-does anybody know what that was? was it my baby?
I feel so lost. I really wanted another baby.I also felt that the baby may be a girl-does that sound stupid?
any replies will be greatly appriciated

hey gemini, I had a "missed" miscarriage about a year ago. They said the baby was about 6 weeks at "demise" and my womb was about 9 weeks....I also felt (and still feel) that she was a girl...so I def. don't think you're crazy...positive thought, though....I had a d &c in early June, and found out I was pregnant again in September....I'm so sorry that this happened to you, but keep positive thoughts..Have you asked your doctor about the ma__s was?
