h__lo, i just need someone to tell me that it isn't possible and i need to take a test if i keep wondering. i had a d&c in dec and had my first period the 18th of feb. from my last post d&c period and other posts i have read, i had a really really easy period. i know every women is different i am just letting things get to my head. my period was light spotting that stopped the first day, 2nd and 3rd moderate bleeding (passed only 1 pea sized clot) and barely spotted for 1.5 days and very slight cramps. i had increased cm over a week before the bleeding and a lot of cm since..... im having "signs" of pregnancy but they could be from hormones or from my head playing tricks on me.... someone please just put me out of my mind game. :( lol thank you.

You don't sound dumb at all. For most of us, this is all very new and not something we knew about before it actually happened to us. So questions and issues like yours are not stupid at all, so don't worry. As for your question, did you have any of the usual period signs while you had af? Things like cramps or bloating? This could have been some residual bleeding. I had that about 3 weeks after my D&C and I was told by the doc that it was not my period. However, since it was a significant amount of time between this episode and your D&C, it probably was your period. It is common that it may be lighter than usual because when they do the D&C, they really clean everything out, so there may have not been much buildup. If I were you, though, I'd wait another cycle or two before ttc just so you can see everything is back on track. But that is up to you, of course.
