Do you count the first day of your actually bleeding during a m/c as the first day like the first day of a period or do you count after the m/c is complete?

You count the first day of your bleeding. My period came exactly 28 days of my first day of bleeding during my miscarriage.

My period came 30 days after my miscarriage. I had bleed for about 2 1/2 weeks during my miscarriage then stopped for a weeks then had my period.
