I recently had a miscarriage and the doctor said it was due to preeclemsia but I never had elevated bp during any of my visits. I just has a check up 1 week before and everything was fine even bp was normal. after a week i dint feel any movement so i went to the doctor and the baby was already dead. So they indued me to deliver the baby and after the delivery my bp went high. What precautions should I take next time?

That's weird because like you I would have thought your bp would be high when they check you. I am so sorry for your loss.

Hi I lost my girl @ 38 wks and had to be indued, too. My bp was always in the high normal range the doctor always said to keep an eye on it. He worried about preeclemsia, too. But never really said I had it. Then I went for an apt. ; they could not find the heartbeat. My placenta had harden, it aged faster than the baby and cut off supply to her. I friend told me to make the doctor do more sonos and check the placenta maybe next time the baby can be taken early. I think being indued and delivering was the hardest thing to do knowing what we knew. Bless you and I prayer for us next time.
