when you have a miscarriage do you normaly feel pain or can it be painless

I didn't feel pain at first but right before I went in for my D&C the pain was very much like going into full b__wn labor. I was 10 weeks and baby stopped growing at 7.5. If you are really early you may not feel a thing.

I had a natural miscarriage (just last weekend) & the day I pa__sed the sac & tissue was quite painful. The only thing that alleviated the pain was Tylenol (about 6 of em) and a heating pad. I only had one day like that though. Since then it's just been period like cramps and the bleeding.

My pain, in the form of cramps came just before the sac was discharged. I just took some paracetomol. After the discharge, the cramp stopped almost immediately! But I believe it can also be painless where it's just like a normal period as some people miscarriage without knowing.

I had a pretty painful m/c, lots of bleeding and heavy labor-like contractions on the 5th day. It varies from person to person. No guarantee it will hurt or it won't. I decided to go the natural route, pain or not, but if it were to happen again, I might choose a D&C.
