I m/c the 1st part of July and we are ttc again asap. I know to expect af in 4-6 weeks, but do I count from the time I starting bleeding, or from when I actually m/c tissue, or when I stopped bleeding. Please give me some feedback!! Thanks!

I don't know, but I've heard other people say on other threads, that there af came 4-6 weeks after the first day they started spotting. I'm only 1.5 weeks out, so I couldn't tell you. I just barely stopped bleeding. Good luck!

You start counting on the first day of af. That is cycle day 1 (CD1). If you have a normal 28 day cycles, you should ovulate somewhere around CD14.

Samanthat, you start to count from the time you m/c tissue
