i had a miscarriage at 10.3 weeks on September 20. is there a greater chance that my next pregnancy will end in miscarriage as well, or do i still have the same chances as everyone else? also, if i conceive within the first 3 months after the miscarriage, are there greater chances of that pregnancy ending in miscarriage or having complications than if i were to wait a few extra months to try again?

Hi Ariana. I am so sorry for your m/c, it is so devastating. No, you do not have a greater chance of m/c because you've had one already - chances are still the same at 1 in 5 (or some studies say 1 in 4). And there is no additional risk in getting pregnant "too early"...your body needs time to recover but will take the time it needs. You will conceive when your body is ready again. I wish you all the best.
