Sorry to hear about youir miscarriage - i just had my 2nd one this weekend. I really recommend charting your temps or using an ovulation predictor kit to determine when you are ovulating - then you will know every month when its time to bd. Try fertilityfriend.com - its a great source for info on charting your temps. Good luck!

Hi Kristen: Yes I agree with Robyn - charting can give you a lot of information about your cycles and maybe help you pinpoint reasons that it could have taken so long the first time. I would also get the book Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. It is a phenomenol resource, I have used it for years. It will give you the how-tos of charting your cycle and also answer lots of questions regarding fertility and acheiving pregnancy. Best of luck to you, and I'm so sorry about your baby. It cannot be easy to face trying again when you've tried for such a long time. But I can say that one of my friends tried for a baby for 15 months before she got pregnant and the second time, she conceived on her first attempt. So don't worry too much!
