Pregnancy Symptoms Fades

Did anyone miscarry after their pregnancy symptoms faded away. My br___ts just don't hurt as much as my first pregnancy. They are only sore on the sides toward my arms. I'm really scared. I have an appointment on Monday 11-21 and I hope it goes alright. I dont know how far along I am. Any advice?

my b___bs were very sore and swollen from weeks 3 to 5 and then abruptly stopped hurting. i miscarried three weeks later. but don't freak out - if yours are sore on the sides, that is a good sign. also, lots of women miscarry even with all their symptoms intact, and symptoms can fluctuate as your hormone levels change each day. good luck and try not to worry too much. my only other advice would be to "listen" to your body for clues. For me, the thought - i'm not pregnant anymore - just popped into my head and then i realized my b___bs weren't hurting. i just had a feeling from then on that it was doomed. but then again, my body kept preparing for the pregnancy for 3 weeks, my hormones surged to 18,000 and it's not really clear exactly when the embryo stopped developing - so who knows. my point is that sometimes you can have strong intuition about it.

update: I had my appt. and the doctor said I was 8-10 weeks pregnant. I didn't even know I was pregnant until a week ago. I'm taking my prenatal vitamins and whatnot. I hope things continue to go smoothly.
