Suitable Exercises After M C

h__lo all, first of all, let me say that i've been very blessed by this forum. the postings have encouraged me to be optimistic about my condition. i had a blighted pregnancy (7 - 8 weeks), and decided to do a D&C rather than wait it out. it's been one week, i'm still bleeding slightly. Dr says it'll clear up soon and i'm hoping to start exercising to get into a pink of health for my next pregnancy (i'm a little overweight now). Does anyone have any recommendations about the type and intensity of exercises? Appreciate it lots. Thanks

I'm in the same boat as you. It's been a week since my miscarriage and D&C. I would also like to lose some weight. I read that you should avoid strenous exercise for the first week after the procedure. But I don't know if it's OK to go ahead and start those killer crunches 7 days later. I'm going to my Dr next week so I'm going to play it safe and wait an extra week and see what the Dr. says. I still have a little cramping and still bleeding a bit.
