10 Faint Pos Vs 4 Neg Help Pregnant Or Not

so in january my period was on the 8th I start my period. On the 30th I spotted like a couple of drops on a panty liner (thought that could be implantation bleeding it was brownish pink) and on the 4th of Feb. evening I started my period but it lasted only till the morning of the 6th. It wasn't heavy. So I was thinking I could be pregnant I took a dollartree (new choice) test on the 10th, very faint pos. Since then I've tried 10 dollartree tests all came out faint positive and the one I took yesterday (19th) was definitly darker than a faint pos. just not as dark as the control line. and I've tried 3 other brands (clear blue easy, generic walgreens digital, fact plus) and and those came out neg. Yet I still tried the dollartree test again and it came out pos. and I even had someone I knew wasn't pregnant to see if the dollartree tests were faulty and theirs came out neg. no faint lines or anything. I've done all the tests correctly within the time frame, the dollartree ones I took and watched the control window it goes all the way across with no line in the positive section then at about 3-4 min the positive shows up. So I don't know what to believe. I don't have any defined pregnancy symptoms except a fullness in my abdomen and needing to pee and some fatigue. Has anyone had any similar situations? Are the dollartree tests reliable vs. any other brand?

With tests, from my own experience and what I've read, when they say yes it's much more reliable than when they say no.
