Is it possible to fall pregnant on the last active pill?

Not really, if you've been taking your pills every day and on time. Did you miss any pills?

I think if babies are ment to come they come! I was on bc taking it everyday at the same time and I was not having unprotected s_x and mystically I got pregnant with twins. No one can explain it, it just happened.

Thanks for replying ladies, i was taking it daily and on time, ive been on the pill for 5 years now, apparently that can be a bad thing because it may end up not being as effective.I have not given my body a break from it either. I have been told i have endometriosis but have not had the surgery to find out what stage i am at.
