Could Exercising Prevent My Period

I'm only about 4 days late, but my periods are like clockwork. I have been exercising a little more than normal, so could that be it? I've taken 2 at home tests and they were negative. I don't have any symptoms of being pregnant....so confused

apprently worrying about not getting it on time is enough to make you even more late. i say dont worry yet... give it a bit longer before you freak out.

If you have been exercising more, that would not throw off your periods UNLESS you have lost a fair amount of bodyfat. The fluctuation in weight/bodyfat can affect your cycles. I was extremely lean compet_tive athlete and my af stopped for a very long time.I agree with "m" , if you worry about it, your af may stay away longer.

i have been through it myself its just that your period cycle is getting use to a bit of a change,It will be normal soon.
