Equate Purple Cap

I took two Equate tests with the purple cap this morning and the funny thig is it took about fifteen minute (five - 10 minutes beyond manufacturer time limit) and they both show clear positive results. These are NOT evap lines as they are clearly pink. But so many say NOT TO READ the results AFTER the ten minutes! Several of the Equates have produced this positive result AFTER (but only 10-20 minutes after) the time recommended. I have severe lower back pain now for about three weeks, constant feeling of nausia, and I have been unusually moody (I really have to watch myself...LOL). My last period was Oct 15th and today is Nov 17th. BUT, that last MP was short and light flow...3 days. Does this test produce these PINK lines in about 15, 20 and 30 minutes or do you think I am pregnant?

I have taken 3 of these tests this month and have no lines after the time limit. I did however have positive lines almost right away they got darker the first 3-4 minutes then faded to pretty much nothing but a very faint pinkish-greyish line (Guessing an evap) Your symptoms sound promising! I would take another brand test, this one has really left me guessing?

DO NOT use equate. they are highly unreliable. If you can't afford a good test like EPT or first response early result, my advice to you would be to go to the dollar store or dollar tree and buy a pregnancy test there. they are only $1 and are just as reliable. equate is one of the worst pregnancy tests out there, do not trust the results, especially after the time limit. good luck.
