Has anyone used the First Response early detection test and gotten a (--) when it was the day of their missed period.....only later to find out they were in fact pregnant???? I have had several symptoms, but am still testing (--) on the early detection tests which are supposed to be 99% accurate on the day of your missed period. Just want to hear from anyone else who's used this test.

I used the first respone test kit that has 2 tests and they were both positive. I was 2 weeks late when I tested though. I also took 2 EPT test because I was in such shock and they were positiv as well. Why dont you try the EPT test or wait til you are later. How late are you one day? There are a lot of ladies on here that are indeed pregnant and just will not test positive on home pregnany test. If you really feel like you are pregnant why not just go with your instinct and go ahead and make an appointment somewhere. Where I live we have a health department and you can take a test there for free and it is very confidential. Good luck with what you decide. keep us updated. :)

I also used the same test and am getting a negative. I am 2 days late and feel pregnant. I guess I will just wait for a few more days and test again. I want to be pregnant sooo bad!

I have taken 4 first response tests because I feel pregnant. # had very faint almost invisible lines. 1 had no line at all. I find the early detection test so confusing.
