Question About Ultrasounds

Does anyone know if an ultrasound can be wrong in determining whether or not you are pregnant if you'd be about 10 weeks?? or would it be totally noticable? Like is there a chance that maybe the sac was somewhere the technician couldnt see or you just had a bad/unthorough technician?

I am an U/S tech. A 10 week pregnancy is very obvious. The only pitfall could be that it is ectopic and being obscured by bowel gas. Even then, a 10 week pregnancy would be hard to miss. And yes, lack of experience on the techs part could cause her to miss an ectopic pregnancy.

It's definitely not ectopic, I probably would have died by now if it were. The ultrasound I had was at the beginning of November. If its not possible then I have no clue whats going on with me.
