I have been trying to get pregnant since age 32. I began to study various things about the female body and the vitamins needed for uterus strength and so forth. My husband is also older, and he had experienced some erectile dysfunction. We agreed that herbs were an option, so we began our journey to a better health quality at this age as far as fertility is concerned. Well, I pregnant!, I just found out this morning. I am so excited, even though it is 10 years later than I wanted it to be. This makes my 4th child, we always discussed having 4. We are on our way to number 4 now. My baby is will be 14 in November, and I have 2 that are of the adult age, 18, and 21. We talked as a family about my desire for another child. I thank God, I have been trying for over 10 years. This is what we did as a couple. Husband : He began to exercise more, to increase blood flow, and also take a stronger combination of vitamin supplements. Wifey: I began to exercise. I swam 1.5 hours a day, I ran 2-3 miles 3 times a week( you can walk you do not have to run, this was my choice, I am a former marine so i prefer running ) and began to take more vitamins (fallopian tubes can be clogged and exercise helps circulation that can sometimes help with better blood flow and to open vein and tube blockages) Now I am preganant! I am so happy.
