Hellllo. I'm 16 weeks and this morning I noticed clear fluid coming out of both of my nipples. So, like an curious pregnant woman, I squeezed a little and a tooooon came out, and now it won't stop. I know about colostrum, but I didn't think it started this early. Should I be worried?

yup thats your colostrum!! I started to get it more when I was in my third trimester But it isnt uncommon to get it now. Try not to squeeze it out or anything like that, nipple stimulation can cause premature labor. Ive heard its rare but it is possible.

I think I started "leaking at about 20 weeks or so, but 16 weeks is not too early. One thing I noticed is that when I cried it came out more. Might want to buy some nursing pads!

OMG nursing pads are the Shizznit. Those are serious life savers. and you cant even tell their wet after you leak!

Weird story but this is how I figured out mine had already come in a couple weeks ago. After I had my son in 2004 I b___st fed for a while but eventually it became way too painful so I stopped early but my left b___st never quit producing I don't think, so every now and again I'd sqeeze to see if it were gone and it never went away, until I got pregnant again. So a few weeks ago I was like hmm wonder if it stopped now so I check and I'd say I was around 16 weeks and there was the colostrum. So it happens...I know it wasn't this early with my first so it just depends I guess.
