3am Wake Up Call

For the past couple of days I have been waking up around 3:00am feeling like I am going to get sick. I eventually fall back to sleep but wake up in the morning feeling sick to my stomach. Is this just a hormonal thing, like morning sickness? Anyone else experiencing this?

I kind of do the same thing. It seems like I wake up throughout the night feeling sick and I just can't get comfortable. When I wake up in the morning I still feel a little sick but not too bad.

I get woken up at exactly 3am every morning but it's only to pee haha. Do you actually GET sick or just feel sick? maybe you should keep some saltines near the bed and much on a few when you wake up, saltines make me feel sooo much better sooo fast when I feel sick.

Cad - I don't actually get sick, just feel sick. I'm hoping it pa__ses. It seems all of my symptoms seem to pa__s after 3 weeks.

How far along r u? Hormone levels are highest in the mornings, thats why they like to call it morning sickness but it of course can still last all day. Also if your taking your pre-natel at night that will do it. Sometimes I'll take my pre-natel before bed (like they say to help the nausea) but a few minutes later start to get nauseated and can't sleep.

jodsil....I sometimes have the same thing happen to me and I've figured out that it's b/c I'm hungry. I keep a baggie of graham crackers and raisins next to the bed, eat a handful or two of those and I'm fine. Maybe you are hungry.
