6 Months With Small Baby

I just went for my 24th wk ultrasound today and my baby weight was estimated around 1lb 6oz. Arm and leg bones were also measured. I am 5ft 6in 155lb and my husband is 5ft 8in. The radiology said that from the measurement and weight the baby is a bit small for a 6 months. Overall, heartbeat, internal organs and headsize is normal. Should I be concern about my baby's size? Or, am I not eating enough? Did anyone here get the same problem? Tomorrow is my appt with my OB. I hope it turns out well.

it's just an estimate, baby could be bigger than they think, or your dates could be off. unless you have lost weight don't worry about your diet. your body makes the baby it's first priority and sends all the good stuff to the placenta, mom gets what is left over. don't be worried if they want to move your due date around becasue of the baby's size. just like the u/s, the due date is more of a guess anyway.

My OB said that I am not eating enough. At least I'm glad that it is something I can do to improve the situation. Thanks for your encouragement.
