Anterior Placenta Amp Baby Movements

I've been told I've got an anterioir placenta which means that any baby movements are very hard to feel as the placenta acts like a big cushion. I'm now 23 weeks and still haven't felt anything that I can clearly call kicks. What is everyone's experience with an anterioir placenta?

I haved the same problem. I am 26 weeks and have only been feeling strong kicks for the past three weeks. this is my fourth pregnancy. They say that it is harder to notice the kicking feeling with your first.

i didn't feel movement untill i was about 23 weeks. now at 27 weeks i can feel kicks and such but only near the top or on the sides, never in the middle where the placenta is. this is my 3rd baby, i imagine it would be even longer before you felt a first baby with an anterior placenta. it's nearly impossible not to get worried, but try your best. what you are going through is totally normal.

I am 24 weeks and also have an anterior placenta and this is also my first. I didn't start feeling the movement until around 21 weeks and have just started really feeling stronger kicks. I also worried and still have days where I don't hardly feel anything at all.
