Anyone Have Or Heard Of This Placental Abnormality

ok, so i had my first ultrasound at 19 weeks and tech thought that she saw what she referred to as a placental "accesory", which is as far as i can understand is just like an extra little piece to the placenta. well, she had the dr. come and look at it, and at that point could not really see the original "tag", if you will, and was dismissed as a possible contraction resulting in a distortion of the placenta. today, at 23 weeks, i had another ultrasound at my ob/gyn (1st was at hospital due to insurance reasons) and explained what 1st tech had seen. this technician did not notice anything and sent me to wait while my ob checked out the pics. well, she called me back in (PANIC!) but assured me all looked great with baby, but upon her and dr.s viewing of picks, she did notice what she called a "bridge." long story short, (sorry) i go for a level 2 ultrasound w/ specialist next week. i'm trying not to freak out before i get the facts and see if it is even of any concern at all, but i can't find any info on this... only come across placenta previa, abrupto, etc....ANY help or info would be great to reassure me before my appoitment, or just to learn any facts... thanks girls
