Baby and I have measured big everytime too. I have the same worry. My DD was born at 36 weeks and 6.13 #. It was such a manageable L&D. This baby (boy) has been in the 85%, and they have me taking weekly progesterone shots to prevent preterm labor b/c boys' lungs mature alower than girls and they don;t want him to be too early. So I'm thinking, if I am working hard to keep him in onger than my 6/13# baby and he's already in the 85%, what size will he be when I deliver???? It kind of freaks me out!!!

I measured big with my first pregnancy starting about 25 weeks. They said that he was going to be at least 9 pounds. He was only 6.13. I am measuring even bigger with my second pregnancy. Don't worry too much!

Just like amydumplin said and look at how off the estimates were. I measured always "5-7 weeks smaller" than I "should have." I looked like I was 5 months pregnant the day I gave birth to my dd. She was 2.9 kgs...so not so small. My friend was HUGE from 5 months on and at 9 months looked like she would birth a cow. Her son was 2.1 kgs!

At my last check-up (22 weeks) I measured 28 weeks, but I am pregnant with twins!! Wondering just how big I am going to get!!! :-)
