Baby Name Question

Hello there! Am looking for some honest opinions about a name we're considering for a girl. Is the name Nara just too odd? I live in Scotland, and it's a gaelic name which means 'happy' though I'd never heard of it until we stumbled across it recently. My husband has fallen in love with it, and I think I like it but... Any honest opinions very welcome!

Ohh. I've never heard that name before but I love it. Of course, I'm Irish, so I'm kinda biased, but I really think it sounds pretty.

It is a place in Japan, too. It's a very old town with lots of temples. I think the sound of it is lovely!

Thanks guys! Think it's pronounced Nar-rah, and it sounds quite nice with a Scottish accent!
