last night when I was trying to go to sleep I kept on having this pain in my wrist that would shoot up into my fingers....has anyone ever experienced this before and if so what can you do to help with the pain....it took me forever to go to sleep because of it

Hi Jeanan...that is actually my very first "symptom" of pregnancy. I didn't even know I was pregnant at the time, but I had the most awful pain/ache in my wrist and forearm and it was really bad at night. It got so bad, that it would wake me from a dead sleep and I would be crying. I found it very beneficial to buy braces for both arms and wore them at night and during the day when it hurt. It started in my right arm and moved to my left within a couple of days. After wearing the braces for about a week, I have been okay. Good luck!!
