I had contractions last monday and went straight to the hospital (i'm only 20 weeks). It did not feel like menstrual cramps to me. It was a sharp pain/pressure feeling. At first, (try not to giggle) I thought it was a gas pocket stuck in my abdomen, but I couldn't stand up and with each time I tried it seemed to get worse. When I finally stood up, I was hunched over at a 90 degree angle. It was scary. Your cramps (if they are not sending you into a frenzy) are round ligament pains - those are the ligaments holiding up your uterus - they have a very big job, so they will ache. Don't worry yourself about it. Honest.

Thank You Renee I figured I shouldn't but you just never know. How are you doing is everything ok?
