My appet_te seems to have come back! I'm able to eat much more than before and snack on lots of healthy things, as well as some not so healthy things :) Does anyone want to share some quick and healthy supper/lunch/snack ideas?

a yummy snack I like to have is reduced fat triscuits with low fat cheddar cheese. yum....cheese with anything is good in my book

Oh thats lovely Suzie. This is one of my favorite snack ideas : bagel with humus spread and tomatoes slices and a squirt of lemon with loads of salt( lol exclude the salt- im a salt maniac). - when im craving cheese i love grilled chedder on toast with tomatoe slices on top. -a middle eastern snack/breakfast i love is thick greek yoghert with drizzles of olive oil on top eaten with tomatoe slices and hot pita bread as a dip (i love tomatoes incase u haven't noticed lol).Its soo lovely. Im sooo hungry as i type- waiting for hubby to come back from work! I've made chicken fajitas but im eating it with rice as opposed to tortilla bread with lots of sour cream and salsa...yummy oh i wish he'd hurry!!

One of my favorite snacks is 2% cottage cheese with tropical fruit salad. It's well-balanced and yummy!
