Have any of you taken Tylenol Sinus while pregnant? I have the worst headache and I'm pretty sure its due to my sinuses. I have taken tons of regular tylenol and its just not working! I will be 17 weeks pregnant on Saturday. Please give me some info!!

Funny u should ask about Tylenol. I just called my OB yesterday and asked if I could take it and they said yes. But I only asked about Reg Tylenol not Tylenol sinus, I would call ur OB and see what they have to say. It is best to hear it from there lips.

You can also take sudafed or benedryl. They are both in the category B in the FDA pregnancy guide.

You can take Claritin (but not Claritin D).. will that help?

Hey Cathy, is that guide online?? I'd love to see it........to poster: I've heard Tylenol Sinus was fine. To be honest I try not to take anything but when I get to the point where I am miserable, I feel that is just as bad for the baby so I take whatever can help me relax more..................But Cathy, let me know where you found that guide, I'd love to have access to it! :D

I haven't located the guide online yet, but if you "google" the drug name (not brand name) it should come up and give you information. Like for tylenol (reg) type in acietometophin (sp). etc. When I went to my first ob appiontment they gave me a list of acceptable otc meds I can use during pregancy. Also check out this midwife website. http://www.midwifeinfo.com/resource-pharmaceuticals.php (leave the dash). Good luck.

I was about 16 weeks pregnant. I took it twice. One time a day for 2 days.

I am getting over a terrible flu. I was very concerned about which meds to take, couldn't find the sheet my nurse gave me and it was a sunday. So, I went out and got robitussin DM, benedryl and tylenol and took them all. (2 hours apart). I called the doc on Monday and she said that was perfectly fine. But she wanted to see me since the cold/flu was so severe I couldn't breathe or get out of bed even. She put my on an antibiotic (Zithromicin) an inhaler (albuterol) , keep taking robotussin, and tylenol. worked pretty good and I am glad I called my ob because I was really scared, but I couldn't function.

I was told to take Nothing other then reg. tylenol, and I'm suffering from migranes sometimes weekly, and they've lasted more then 6 hrs at a time. And Nothing worked for me.. The only thing that helped was sleeping in a dark room, UNdisturbed... I suggest that.

I just wanted to let you guys know that my doc said it was fine to take tylenol sinus as long as your in your second trimester.
