I Can T Believe How HUGE I Feel Today

Good god! I am finding it almost impossible to bend over, and I'm only in my 24th week. Anyone else? I'm dreading when I get to 8-9 months...now I'm starting to understand why women scream "get this baby out of me!"

I feel the same way, I'm almost 25 weeks. I'm already having a hard time getting out of bed, I kinda have to roll out, and I have a hard time getting up if I sit on the floor. I also have a hard time drying my feet when I get out of the shower and doing things like putting my socks and shoes on! I do have a decent sized belly but I feel like it is just huge! Like it's in the way already. I keep wondering how I'm going to function after it's next growing spurt!

I know what you mean. I went to try on shoes the other day infront of a cute sales man and could not get my leg up or my torso down to put them on. so I ended up falling over in the middle of Transit. Graceful.

LOL omg sorry but this post is cute. I get all these mental images of you poor babes rolling yourselves around. I can relate already, it took me 2 hours to shave this morning, bending over makes me so short of breath.

I feel extra huge today...I finally gave in to my Mcd's craving and I think I got fatter overnight, then afterwards I went grocery shopping and I dropped a tomatoe and four more rolled off the shelf, and I could barely pick them up, people were staring at me and didn't even offer to help! It was embaressing, it's so hard to bend over eh??

mls - November 11

they were probably just smiling at how cute you looked trying to pick them up! pregnant women are so adorable! why is that? anyway. I'm only 20 weeks and my gut's way out there. can't see to trim myself up "down there" anymore, so my hubby does it for me. isn't that sweet?

LOL... I dont feel very cute at all. My mother is a CNA...she works in a nursing home so its kinda nice that shes used to helping older and disabled people. When I got to her house she treats me like a patient...lol. She actually shaves my legs for me because my terrible back pains make it nearly impossible. I've resorted to slip on shoes that I can go without socks. Anyone having problems cleaning themselves after pooing? I know that sounds gross, but I feel as if I have been in WWIII after I finish using the restroom... never would I have thought wiping would be such a chore!!! LOL.

Beth - November 11

To Tina-I've read some posts from other girls on this subject and they say wet wipes are the best, oh and also lots have resorted to making their dh's do it....no problems in that dept yet....I don't feel cute at all, I feel like a whale. I was told I was supposed to only gain 25 lbs, I've hit that 25 lb mark, but I still have 11 weeks to go :( so now I'm aiming for the 35 lb mark :) You don't really feel extra heavy until you go swimming then it's just like aaaahhhhh that's the weightless feeling I need....I always think pregnant ladies are cute, I guess I just can't see it in myself though.

Tina - November 11

Beth... I know what your saying about the swimming thing. I went swimming a couple of weeks ago and I swear my back poped 4 or 5 times.... the weight of my b___bies were gone along with my belly. When I got out the pool all that weight was there again... my legs hurt for a few says after tho. Its good exercise... I need to swim more. I just hate getting out. I wish I could spend the rest of my pregnancy in a pool. I used to think pregnant ladies are cute... my mind is forever changed, after this... I will feel for every pregnant woman I see. Its given me a whole different kind of respect... expecially knowing all the gross things involved!!!

Tina-I love swimming it feels so good, but I just don't have the energy or drive to go as much as I would like too, and I get cold in the water unless I'm moving around lots. I don't understand that I have more fat stores on my body now then I ever have, so why do I get cold in the water? I always thought pregnant ladies in bikini's were adorable too, I gave up my bikini in my first trimester....I don't know about you but I do not need to see my a__s in those bikini bottoms, and my b___bs don't fit in the top, and my belly is hairy, none of that screams "cute" to me....how far along are you?

mls - November 11

women are always more critical on themselves than anyone. I bet you're both adorable. I gained a ton of weight with my first one and didn't feel cute AT ALL. so far, I've done really well with this one and I've gained it all in my belly, so I'm feeling pretty cute, I guess. :-) Don't feel s_xy, though. hubby says he loves the way I look and is aroused by prego-belly....but I'm just not getting it. I feel cute with my clothes on and like a walrus when i have them off. :-(

Tina - November 11

I'm about 24 weeks... still got a little ways to go. I feel like an elephant. I hate even putting a bathing suit on... much less a bikini. This is probably tmi... but the last time my man and I were trying to get 'intimate' I saw my a__s in the mirror and completely wanted to die. It looks like a family packed their bags and moved into my b___tcheeks.... not only it my rear fat... but wide. S_x is not something I am interested in... expecially after that...lol.

mls - November 11

that's hilarious. I don't go ANYWHERE near a mirror when I'm getting it on with my man. just wouldn't do either of us any good. :-)

Beth - November 11

I have officially decided that darkness is the best, I don't watn to see my belly, or my a__s for that matter while attempting to get some sort of mood going, we have no mirrors in our bedroom, they've been banned for the last couple of months :) that's hilarious Tina, I'm sure it's not as bad as you think, I've noticed that I don't like the way my a__s looks in certain lighting, but then I think it looks ok in other lighting (dimmer lighting ;)

mls - November 11

That's funny about the mirrors. I've banned the missionary position, because I hate laying there feeling like a turtle on it's back!

Amy - November 11

I checked out my a__s the other day and it looks like I don't have one. No part of my body has gotten bigger except my belly and my b___bs. I have no waist now, and it looks like I have no a__s and I'm constantly pulling up my pants. I can barely put my socks on. If I try to shave my legs in the shower I almost pa__s out from the bending over...man o man. But, I do have this perfectly round belly infront of me that I can feel and see my daughter kick and this new awesome rack!! Woo hoo for pregnancy b___bies!

erin - November 13

At the beginning of this pregnancy I was convinced that home pregnancy tests should come with a warning: CAUTION: if this test is positive, you will feel ugly and fat for the next nine months! But...I am now so excited about this little baby inside me that I'm not even that jealous anymore of real skinny people. I am 21 weeks and am already having a hard time bending over. But at least we can have a sense of humour about it, I love reading these posts!
