I M Feeling Contractions

I'm 23 weeks today and eversince 20 weeks I have been noticing "tightenings" in my uterus that are uncomfortable but not painful. I don't feel them everyday ( I've noticed maybe 6 total) but I don't remember experiencing this with my son...until 30 weeks or so. Should I be concerned? I've done some reading and it sounds like lite contractions are normal and happen often through out pregnancy...but It doesn't say if they are strong enough to feel or not?

I am 26 wks pregnant and was having PAINFUL contractions 3 days ago. They were actually making me throw up. They did stop eventually but I went to the hospital anyway to be safe. They say that light contractions (braxton hicks) are normal even that early. Don't worry unless they become painful.

I had one on Sunday that caught me totally off guard. I read this on a calender website I use. *****You might start feeling Braxton Hicks contractions. These are not the real thing, just your body getting ready. If you go into premature labor, contact your provider immediately. **** Made me feel a lot better!

Duh, that was for people 17-18 weeks along and I'll be 18 weeks tomorrow.
