Kiwi Fruit And Fresh Pinapple For Gas And Bloating

Hi ladies, I was watching a tv show the other night that said eating a bit of fresh kiwi, fresh pinapple or fresh papaya fruit with your meal will help digest your meal. Apparently these fruits are full of digestive enzymes and greatly reduce bloating and gas. I ran right out and got some kiwis and pinapple as I'm always all over any natural remedy and it really works. My bloating in now quite minimal and way less gas. Plus they're very nutritional for baby, bonus!!!
