Of course! Why not?

That is what the doctor puts on his fingers when he starts doing your pelvic exams later down the road. I'm 31 weeks and get pelvic exams 2x a week. It's safe.

I am sure that the KY is fine, but stick with the PLAIN KY jelly. I don't know what is in the warming jellies these days, but I would not recommend using these while pregnant.

I agree with ^^^^ use the regular KY...the scented stuff burns!! be careful, and have fun!!! :)

I found info saying the regular stuff is fine, but I wonder about the warming stuff. I submitted a question on the website, will let you know when I get the response.

I asked the OB yesterday - he said make SURE it's the regular KY and it should say "water-soluable" on it. The warming is no good. Also make sure it has no spermicide in it.

The response from KY is that is has been not been tested on pregnant women and they advise to consult your doctor before using it while pregnant or nursing. Not tested? What, we don't have s_x?

I recommend Astroglide - also water soluble, no spermicide, and it's more slippery, less sticky than KY.
