I'm 14 weeks now and I'm just now beginning to have morning sickness.. is this normal? I thought morning sickness ended at the beginning of the 2nd trimester... I didn't have any in my 1st trimester...

I still have it... it started at exatly 7 weeks for me and still continues. ALthough i just get the nasea feeling for most part of the day and "gag" alot of the time. I will ask the doctor about it next visit on Jan 31.

I felt nauseated in the 1st trimester but now at 13 weeks I am losing my cookies. I start feeling extremely sick when I brush my teeth. I don't know if it is normal either!

Im 20wks and still having morning sickness. But keep in mind it is diffrent for everyone. You may stop having it in a week or you could have it your whole pregnancy. I hope that it stops soon for you. I know it sucks.

I had the same question. I am in the beginning of my 14th week, and thought I was in the clear...no sickness in the first trimester. Now, though, I have a gagging feeling from time to time throughout the day, but worse in the morning. You're not alone.

I have had morning sickness from 4 weeks, is how i knew, i am 15 weeks now and still have it most days, not sick all the time, sometimes its just the nausea and gagging, it helps if you eat lil and often, so as you never have a completely empty of full tummy. I know that the last thing you want to do when feeling sick is eat. But chins up, remember, this is all gonna be worth it ;)

I hate to be the bearer of bad stories but I was sick from day one till the moment of delivery with my daughter. But on the brighter side, I am now preg w/ my 2nd and was only sick for 3 wks.

I had very little sickness or food aversion during my first trimester. I thought wow how easy is this.....then along came the second trimester. Every time I look at food, especially meat products I want to get sick. Fortunately, I have not vomitted, I am just sick to my stomach all of the time. I have been told this is a good sign...out hormones are doing what they are supposed to do...but not so fortunate for me who is sick all of the time. I spoke to the doc about this one and she said no need for concern, unless I get to the point where I can't keep any food down....then I might want to resport of medication to help with the nausea and vomiting. In the mean time, she suggested many SMALL meals through out the day...even if this means eating ALL of the time (a bit of an exaggeration), just maintain a good caloric intake and all should be fine. Best of luck and congratulations.

I'm 21 weeks pregnant and my morning sickness got worse from 12 weeks. Now I've been sick every morning for the last week. Usually I drink a gla__s of water, vomit it straight out and after half an hour I'm fine. Fruit makes it worse, even though that's what I crave! When will it stop!?
