Normal Prego Sympt

I'm 26 weeks pregnant, not that really has anything to do with my question... I always hear how pregnancy will change your entire body, but I've also heard about women having hot flashes during pregnancy. For me it's COMPLETELY opposite! Before I was pregnant I would sweat easily and get really toasty when everyone else was fine with the room temperature. But now, I never, ever sweat, I'm always cold and when people talk about it being "hot", I find that i'm freezing cold. It's been like this for weeks now, I know i'm not fighting off any bug or anything! Really unimportant question, but I was wondering if this is normal or if anyone else experiences this! Or if it'll go back to normal after pregnancy! (Hope not!)

haha I am difficult. I am hot when everyone else is cold and cold when everyone else is hot. haha I would make sure since this is the cold season that you keep your feet bundled and wear a hat. Heat escapes both places. I am sure you are fine but make sure to bring it up at your next prenatal appt. :)

This is my 4th pregnancy and I have never experienced the hot flashes. I thought for sure this time since I am carrying twins, but I am still cold all the time. I was like this prior to pregnancy though, hoping to experience a little more heat....especially now as winter approaches. :-) I agree with Jennifer.....be sure to bring it up at your next dr's appointment. They will be the best ones to ease your mind. Good luck! :-)

My temperature hasn't changed at all since I've been pregnant. I was cold before and I'm still cold. Just goes to show that everyone is different.

Well thank you all for your input! I'll be sure to ask my dr!
