Numbness In My Heels

I'm about 19 weeks and my heels of my feet are numb. I think it has something to do with wearing sandles and working all day, but it's just weird. Has anyone else experienced their heels being numb? I'm also already getting swollen ankles, nothing big yet, but I can definately tell by end of some days that I have bigger ankles than I started out with.

Yes i feel that too! It happens when I stand on my feet for too long. Not only do my heels go numb, but so do my toes. I find putting my feet up helps. My toes swell up too...hell i've put so much weight everything looks swollen lol

Your heels are probably numb because your ankles are swollen. Apparently swelling can put pressure on your nerves, and cause you to feel numb.
