The only thing I know is safe is tylenol. I know it sucks! I would check with doctor or pharmacist about other things.

My doc recommened tylenol for fever and aches, benedryl or sudafed for nasal congestion and robitussin dm for cough. They are safe to take together. However, when I went to see her she put me on antibiotics and an inhaler because the cough was so bad. Good luck, but if you take bendrl or sudafed to help out I would think that would be ok.

I have been taking Tylenol PM. This is like Tylenol with Benadryl. It is WONDERFUL. I get the headache pain relief with the benefits of congestion/sinus relief (not to mention sleep) with the benedryl component. I spoke with my OB/GYN about this and she said it was fine.

OK....forgot to mention that I take the PILL form of this medication only. I don't know if a liquid exists, but I would stay away from the liquid meds, because of all the alcohol they contain.
